People struggle with Cardio the most during their workouts. They need an easy to do activity that puts the least amount of stress on their bodies, while providing maximum effect on their exercise. If there was anything in the conclusion of the Pacquiao v. Algieri fight that reinforced something we already knew, apart from Manny is the greatest fighter of this generation, it’s that Cardio is King. In the entire twelve round affair, the fighting Congressman never showed a round where he was hurt or gassed. That’s saying a lot, considering he had to spend most of the night chasing an opponent with greater reach around the ring, and knocking him down six times looking for a finish. Running is the most accessible cardio exercise out there, but it’s not the best. That kind of championship-calibre conditioning isn’t saying people can just get over a few cardio sessions at the gym. No, that kind of state can only be attained through religious training and strict dieting, things no one outside the ring would even think of doing. But, levelling up the cardio is always a good goal to pursue, even if you’re not fighting for a championship belt. This is the part where we’re supposed to suggest a bunch of health regimens designed to help you get fitter and healthier. We’ll dot that, of course, with the added bonus of telling you the best cardio exercise ever – it’s biking. Now, there are health buffs who would be more than happy to challenge this claim, but we’ll try to anticipate those arguments and offer some counter arguments in this article.
